Shipping Rates (NZ)
The following shipping rates apply on all New Zealand orders (prices are GST inclusive):
There is an additional $4.00 incl gst for delivery to rural addresses. Rural customers are required to indicate rural postage. Incorrectly marked parcels may be delayed and risk being unable to be delivered. For espresso machine and electric grinder purchases, freight costs may vary.
Arrosta Coffee Roasting Co requires full and correct address information including Post Codes. We cannot guarantee delivery of incorrectly addressed parcels. To check your official postage address, visit New Zealand Post's website.
There is a 5kg coffee maximum for online orders. If you wish to order over 5kg we would love to hear from you. Just call us on 06 355 5010.

Shipping and Delivery (NZ)
We deliver to almost everywhere within New Zealand, including both residential and business addresses, as well as PO boxes and rural addresses. Delivery is between Monday and Friday.
Orders placed by 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched that same day.
For most locations, your coffee order is "targeted" to be delivered by 5pm the following weekday after it has been dispatched. During peak trade times (like Christmas) delivery may be delayed. Rural deliveries typically take 2-3 days to be delivered after it has dispatched from Arrosta Coffee Roasting Co.
